• Do you have your set top box ( cable, Dish direct tv ) audio plugged into tv or soundbar? try switching it.

• LED and LCD TV's are known to have syncing problems. Generally, the sound precedes the picture. Sometimes broadcast tv channels have the same issue which complicates the problem. I have a 10 year old Yamaha receiver and it has the ability to change (delay or forward) the sound with manual settings. I am not familiar with soundbars but I would expect they would have similar settings features. Check your manual.
