Thank you for your inquiry. We'd be happy to help with that. You may wish to experiment with different levels of motion enhancement as due to the relative signal quality of a live broadcast it can have a negative effect on the motion rendering. Additionally, turning off features such as Digital Noise Reduction, Active Contrast and Film mode (located in the Advanced sub-menu of the Picture Settings Menu) can help lighten the processor load and improve the motion rendering. If we may be of further assistance please feel free to email your contact info and model # to us at [email protected] so we may have one of our Advisors reach out to you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem with hockey viewing. I turned the 240 aquamotion feature off and it now works fine. I thought it might be a defect as well, but since I changed the setting and it works fine, I didn't pursue the defect possibility further.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Turn down the Resolution Enhance setting under Pictures>Advanced. Mine works great in Mode 1
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Turn off Aquomotion, clear pic processing, and film mode. I had a similar issue and could see 2 balls when the QB passed it. Turned these 2 off and no more issues. Hope that helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I to have watched many football games on this TV and while I sit about 20 foot away from the TV, I have not seen any blurry motion with the default settings. Have you called the Sharp helpline for assistance?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Each input has the ability to be set-up as to many dimensions. Make sure you are under 240hz for what you are watching. There are other settings to make as well to make it sharp and clear besides clearing the blurry motion. Has the same experience the first day until my son came home and said each input needs to be properly set-up. For example, the input for our PS4 needs different set-up than watching our Sony BluRay player, different from input for our cable HDTV provider. Instructions are quite good and easy to follow.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
