Model: LC-80LE857U has a better contrast ratio but Model: LC-70SQ15U has more sub pixels. Your pick...the difference will not make you raise your eyebrow when you view both screens in 1080P
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thank you for your recent inquiry regarding the Sharp AQUOS LC70LE857U and LC70SQ15U. While both of these tvs have an amazing picture the LC70LE857U is only capable of resolution up to 1920x1080, where as the LC70SQ15U is capable of resolution of up to 3840x2160 due to 16 million subpixels. So, while we would recommend both tvs for a clear quality picture, the LC70SQ15U would be the superior tv in regards to overall picture quality. If we can be of any further assistance please feel free to contact our Customer Assistance Center to speak with an AQUOS Advantage Advisor at 1-877-332-7867, Monday - Friday 7AM - 9PM CST and Saturday - Sunday 9AM - 7PM CST, so we can directly address your inquiry.
