• Yes, it is very lame in this day and age. It's not 1989, or even 1998. I have no idea how this got past user testing when they were engineering it.

• Hello Bob, we apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing you. While you are not able to use both features simultaneously, you may use kitchen timer and time cook to delay the start of cooking or time cook and kitchen timer to set a holding time.
