- Answer Hello, the unit has sensor features such as: frozen vegetable, potato, fresh vegetables, frozen pizza, popcorn, reheat and defrost. These are all sensor features which uses humidity from the food to determine the cook time and also controls the power level to determine the correct cook time for the food.

QuestionAre you supposed to peel the film on the inside of the door off? It is easier to get a hold of than the film on the outside (which is staying cuz we can’t get it started). We tried the tape idea and that was useless.

- Answer It took me a while to remove that darn sticky plastic. But i took the time and was left with a nice metal look. It’s been so long I don’t remember if there was plastic inside the door but if there was you should remove it.

QuestionI just bought this microwave (Sharp Carousel 1.1 Cu.) a month ago and at first you could hear what seems to be a fan working but now I don't hear that fan noise. It still heats up the food but it is a lot quieter. Isn't there supposed to be a fan running?

- Answer I believe the fan runs only when it had to. In other words, when the device senses too much heat. I know most newer microwaves work with this method.
