Hello, there is an 'auto defrost' feature on the unit. To use this, press the 'AUTO DEFROST' button, the display will show 0.0. Then press the number buttons to input the weight, please note, the weight should be between 0.3lbs and 6.3lbs. Once this is done, press the STARTS/+30SEC key to start defrosting.
