QuestionDoes the depth of 18.1" include the protrusion of the handle? I want to know the depth of the footprint, just the box, to know if it can sit on a cabinet shelf.

- Answer The cabinet is about 14-3/4” deep, the handle extends out about 1-1/2”, and then there is another area of the cabinet in the back that sticks out the back another 2 inches.

- Answer Hello Susie, the door of this unit opens to a 95 degree angle. The unit is to be placed in a space that has 4 inches clearance for ventilation purposes. The entire length or depth for this unit is 18.1". There is a protrusion to the back of the unit, this is located in the middle.
