Questionwhen the door on the microwave opens, does it take up more width? My cabinet is 22" wide and I am hoping this will fit in. Also, one of the questions says there is a protrusion for 2" at the back. Is that at the top or the bottom of the machine?

- Answer Hello Susie, the door of this unit opens to a 95 degree angle. The unit is to be placed in a space that has 4 inches clearance for ventilation purposes. The entire length or depth for this unit is 18.1". There is a protrusion to the back of the unit, this is located in the middle.

- Answer It has "express cook" buttons from 1 to 6. if you want one minute just push the "1" button. Or press the "+30 sec" button under START twice.

QuestionI just purchased and now the turn plate and lower unit is making a horrible sound. Seems the plate is not turning at same speed of middle wheel. Horrible noise for a very quite microwave.

- Answer It sounds like you forgot the metal ring. It should've come with the packing, call customer service if you don't have. It won't work right without it.
