• Absolutely. Great results. I do it all the time. My own oven-safe dish, and my own cookies! I use this oven almost every night. And if you have a baking impulse, it is perfect for cookies, cupcakes, and brownies.

• Yes to the casserole dish. And most likely yes to cookies. I've made quiche in it a few times and it comes out perfect, even bronzed on top. It works like a regular oven except much faster and it keeps things from drying out.
