HOW DO YOU HEAT IT OR MAKE IT COLD null

I microwave, this is what it's manfuctured for. I heat for 1.30 sec. I don't use it for cold. I have a separate cold pack.

You put it in the microwave for 30 second intervals until its hot enough for you. To get it cold you freeze it for a couple of hours. It works well.

This product can be heated in the microwave or made cold by storing it in the freezer. For specific instructions, please consult the instruction manual included with the product. Thank you
