QuestionHow does the foot massage work? Do elements move around and press like in big massage chairs? The image makes it look like a pounding motion. What about the part at the front of the foot? Does the intensity button control the strength or the speed?

- Answer Hello, the foot massager has shiatsu massage with massaging nodes in the foot area and air compression massage in the calf area. The intensity button controls the strength/ intensity of the massage. Thank you

QuestionPurchased this for my parents. And it is fantastic my dad says he’s always on his feet and this helps soothe his tired feet from standing all day plus he is a senior citizen unfortunately after 7 month use the ankle does not squeeze anymore?
