Hello - Thank you for asking. The included chair holds up to 200lbs, but you can use your own chair if needed. The sauna is 65.7" in height, so we recommend considering that when determining whether or not your height will be comfortable. Keep in mind that you can sit inside of it, so height isn't as important of a factor.
