Hi there- Shokz here! While the OpenComm2 headset themselves does not announce the name, you will receive an audible alert for incoming calls, which can be answered using the multifunction button. You can also use the voice assistant on your phone (like Siri or Google Assistant) by holding the button, which can be used to identify callers, but this is a function of your phone, not a direct feature of the headset's firmware.
