Hi Shannon- Shokz here! Thanks for reaching out. It appears that the OpenComm2 headset is compatible with cloud-based contact center and phone systems like NICE CXone, and with other softphone applications. This is because the OpenComm2 functions as a standard Bluetooth headset, which allows it to be selected as an audio device within most desktop softphone applications. Your computer recognizes the OpenComm2 as a wireless headset through its standard Bluetooth protocol. As long as your computer can pair with the headset, you can select the OpenComm2 as your microphone and speaker in the audio settings of any software-based phone system. The NICE CXone Integrated Softphone, and many other similar applications, supports any standard USB or Bluetooth headset as a user-selected microphone and speaker device. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
