Yes, Shokz OpenDots ONE could be a good option for people with certain types of hearing loss, as their open-ear design keeps the ear canal unobstructed, which can improve comfort and safety. However, they are not a universal solution for everyone with hearing loss and should be considered alongside more traditional bone conduction headphones and with a hearing professional's advice, as their technology relies on air conduction, not bone conduction. They even have a nice phone clarity in my opinion. But if you do suffer from hearing loss, you may want to discuss options from and Audiologist based on your situation.
