• I believe that depends on your phone and the way you have caller ID set up. It is not set up that way by default for me if that's what you're asking.

• My other Shokz have announced names; however, I have not been able to get the OpenDots One to announce. It doesn't mean they don't, I just haven't figured it out.

• Hi there- Shokz here! Many smartphones have a setting to announce incoming calls.
