Alternatively, you can also double-pinch the battery compartment on either earbud to answer the call. - Answer Hi there- Shokz here! Yes, the OpenDots ONE are adjustable. To wear OpenDots ONE: 1. Pinch the JointArc with your thumb and forefinger and raise it toward your ear. There’s no distinction between left and right ears. 2. Place the ball-shaped speaker against the inner ridge of your ear and the cylindrical battery compartment behind your ear. 3. Adjust the earbuds for a secure and comfortable fit. For optimal comfort, it is recommended to wear the JointArc at an angle of 0° to 30° relative to the ground. You can adjust this angle based on your personal preference. 4. When putting on the earbuds, open them gently and avoid pulling them apart too much. Use one hand to follow the steps above. - Answer Hi Jinx- Shokz here! The Shokz OpenDots One have Intuitive Touch Controls for Active Lifestyles. They operate with simple taps or two-finger pinches on the earbud surface, while Dynamic Ear Detection automatically adapts to your wearing position for seamless control during activities. To increase the volume: Pinch and hold the right earbud with two fingers for 2 seconds. To decrease the volume: Pinch and hold the left earbud with two fingers for 2 seconds. If you want to change the volume all the time, pinch and hold the left or right earbud for longer than 2 seconds while the audio is playing.
