It does not cover abuse, misuse, loss, or theft. Your warranty begins with your purchase date. If you ever need to submit a claim, please visit our website directly to submit a warranty claim for your Shokz so you can receive a replacement pair. Both earbuds on the Shokz OpenFit 2+ contain microphones for phone calls. They are equipped with a total of 4 noise-canceling microphones (two in each earbud) that utilize AI-powered beamforming to isolate your voice and filter out background noise for clear, high-quality conversations. While these are not hearing aids, you can use Shokz OpenRun Pro Mini for hearing assistance outdoors by pairing them with your phone and using a hearing aid app like Petralex or Ear Spy, which turns your phone's mic into a sound amplifier for direct audio to the headphones, bypassing the ear canal for clarity, especially helpful if you have conductive hearing loss, but remember they aren't direct hearing aid replacements. - Answer That depends on your level of Spanish. But if you mean if the earbuds will live translate the conversation, the answer is no. Google Translate software has recently started pushing live translation to some phone models. The Google Translate software can do the translation and you can hear the translations in your earbuds.

Shokz OpenFit 2+ uses Physical Buttons (for music/calls/volume) and Touch Areas (for audio/call management), with functions like single-click play/pause/answer/end, double-click next/reject, triple-click previous, and long-press volume control; you can turn them off by placing them in the case and closing the lid, but there isn't a dedicated "off" button outside the case, while "more" functions involve personalization via the Shokz App for custom commands and settings. If you’ve gone on a particularly grueling run that day and feel like you need a little more heavy-duty cleaning, feel free to wipe your Shokz down with a damp cloth. Yes, technically they will pair with gaming systems (i.e., PlayStation, Xbox, etc.) but we don’t recommend it because the lag is significant and would impact gameplay, overall. The PS5 does not support direct pairing with any Bluetooth headphones for audio output. To enable the connection, you need to use a compatible Bluetooth adapter, and plug the adapter into the PS5's USB port.
