Hello- Shokz here! Shokz OpenFit 2+ uses Physical Buttons (for music/calls/volume) and Touch Areas (for audio/call management), with functions like single-click play/pause/answer/end, double-click next/reject, triple-click previous, and long-press volume control; you can turn them off by placing them in the case and closing the lid, but there isn't a dedicated "off" button outside the case, while "more" functions involve personalization via the Shokz App for custom commands and settings.
