Hi there- Shokz here! All Shokz come with a two-year warranty. You can file a claim if you experience a manufacturer defect in the first two years. Your warranty covers manufacturer defects. It does not cover abuse, misuse, loss, or theft. Your warranty begins with your purchase date. If you ever need to submit a claim, please visit our website directly to submit a warranty claim for your Shokz so you can receive a replacement pair. Both earbuds on the Shokz OpenFit 2+ contain microphones for phone calls. They are equipped with a total of 4 noise-canceling microphones (two in each earbud) that utilize AI-powered beamforming to isolate your voice and filter out background noise for clear, high-quality conversations.
