Hi there - Shokz here! We're sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Shokz. In this case, we'd suggest a manual reset of the headphones. To reset: 1. Place both earbuds in the charging case. 2. Press and hold the touch area of both earbuds simultaneously with two fingers for 15 seconds. The indicator will flash orange for five seconds before turning off, indicating that the reset is complete. Next, the indicator will flash orange and green, indicating that the earbuds have entered pairing mode. If the reset doesn't resolve the issues, all Shokz come with a 2-year warranty.
