• A:Answer Hi there - Shokz here! We're sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Shokz. In this case, we'd suggest a manual reset of the headphones. To reset: 1. Place both earbuds in the charging case. 2. Press and hold the touch area of both earbuds simultaneously with two fingers for 15 seconds. The indicator will flash orange for five seconds before turning off, indicating that the reset is complete. Next, the indicator will flash orange and green, indicating that the earbuds have entered pairing mode. If the reset doesn't resolve the issues, all Shokz come with a 2-year warranty. Please visit our Shokz site to submit a warranty claim, or reach out to us if you need further assistance. Thank you!

Q: QuestionDo they have caller iD integrated. If someone is calling, does it say who's calling?

• A:Answer Shokz claims their headsets can announce caller names. They can't on stock Android. Not under any circumstances. All instructions and WorkArounds are untrue. It would be expected that basic functions that have been standard for many years would be included in this price range. This is not the case with Shokz. This essential feature does not work OutOfTheBox, nor does it work with Android board tools. So far there is no way to activate it.

• A:Answer I have smaller ears. Since they go over the top of your hear and rest inside the curve of your ear and not in your ear they work great! Just know the controls on them are not the best.
