Hi there- Shokz here! The OpenFit should pair with most Bluetooth compatible devices. It's possible a reset may resolve this issue. To reset your OpenFit: 1. Check the Bluetooth settings on your device for the name of your Shokz OpenFit. Delete or forget the connection if the option is available. 2. Place both earbuds in the charging case. 3. Press and hold the touch/ command area of both earbuds at the same time for fifteen seconds. 4. The status light in your charging case will flash orange for five seconds while the reset is in progress. The status light will then begin to flash orange and green to indicate that the headphones are in pairing mode. If the reset doesn't resolve the issues, all Shokz come with a 2-year warranty.
