• iPhone 15 Pro Max, in case it makes a difference. Once I'd paired the headset with the phone, it shows up as "OpenRun Pro 2 by Shokz" If you haven't paired it, try this first: https://uk.help.shokz.com/s/article/How-do-I-pair-OpenRun-Pro-2-with-my-device
