  • Questionadjustable headband

    Asked by Anonymous.

    • Answer Hi there- Shokz here! We do not have an adjustable headband. However, the OpenRun Pro 2 comes in a Mini and Standard size. The size difference between the standard and the mini is 0.83". Having at least a 1-inch gap between your head and the headband is normal. Some customers find that the Mini provides a more snug fit and less stress on the back of the ears. Our OpenFit models have no headband at all. Please reach out to our Customer Happiness Team if you have any other questions. Thank you!

  • QuestionThe open pro mini lists noise canceling and dual noice canceling microphones on its specs. The pro 2 does not. Are these features not on the pro 2?

    Asked by Hailstorm.

    • Answer Yes, The Shokz OpenRun Pro 2 does have a Dual noise-canceling microphone with AI noise reduction and wind resistance. the "AI noise reduction" is similar to all other AI-based terms these days, just a marketing term. But don't let that stop you from getting this pair as the Pro 2 is a much better sounding, and longer lasting headset vs. the OpenRun Pro, which is discounted currently.
