• They work with my Roku TV if I enable the headphone listening in the mobile app.

• To answer this question i need more info on the TV. But for example, these headphones work with a phone, a nintendo switch, a laptop, etc. So, as long as the TV is compatible with bluetooth headphones, you should be able to pair them.

• Yes it does you have to put the tv in bluetooth settings
