That's a very interesting question. I'm surprised that nobody has answered. I see no reason that they would be incompatible, and the bone conductivity might get around certain types of hearing loss. They don't go in your ear. I have tried some hearing aids, so I'm familiar with the fit, though I never wore them while cycling or running, so I don't know about wind noise. If you try a pair, your review might be very helpful to people, even if you return them.
