• A:Answer I am a cable technician by trade and have been caught out in some pretty serious downpours and it will mess with the sound quality briefly, but when it dries it goes right back to normal. I actually found this question searching for the answer to the same question, but I think I am going to try it just based on what my experience with these are. Probably best to avoid washing your hair with them, though.

While these are not hearing aids, we do have customers who use them to assist with hearing, usually by pairing the headphones to their phone and accessing a hearing aid app like Petralex, Ear Spy, Ear Trumpet, or Hear You Now. • A:Answer I work with equipment run by an air compressor. I tend to pause my book when the compressor turns on because it will cover the sound of the book I am listening to. However, I believe that if you are in an environment that is just generally louder you may be able to set your volume higher and still be able to hear the book. I love my set. This is the second brand of bone conduction I have purchased and these are twenty times better then the first brand I tried. The battery will last my entire work day. They are light, comfortable, and very easy to use. I love having volume control on them as well as the button for pausing, playing, or answering a call.
