QuestionCan you turn off vibration on notifications? I have an older model Aftershokz bone conduction headset and it vibrates strongly on incoming calls. I am looking to use this for work from home taking calls and my phone itself ringing/vibrating is fine.

- Answer Hello- Shokz here! There is currently no way to adjust the vibration on the OpenRun Pro. If the volume is louder, it is normal to feel a slight vibration from the sound. Your warranty covers manufacturer defects. It does not cover abuse, misuse, loss, or theft. Your warranty begins with your purchase date. Should you need to file a claim and receive a replacement unit, the warranty will continue from your original purchase date.
