I doubt it. Just depends on the extent of your hearing loss.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They will work, but may not sit where they are supposed to, because the thickest part of them sits directly behind your ear. If your cochlear is thick, these may not work for you

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Assuming your other ear is conventional, you'll obviously get at least one channel working properly. I believe the bone conduction works by vibrating your eardrum through the surrounding bones and cartilage, so if your cochlear implant acts as an eardrum or augments your eardrum, then it "should" work. You can try them at most Best Buys I believe so maybe worth a quick trip in.
