• Yes. You are able to connect to a smart tv if it has Bluetooth capabilities. I use mine while connected to my appletv. As far as other can hear- no. Although the headphone can connect to two devices at once. It depends on the tv and if it allows to connect to more than one device at a time.

• If the TV has Bluetooth set up, it should connect. Altho once I connected to my phone, my 12.9” iPad can’t find it.
