• They are not OSHA approved. They are also not against OSHA rules like head phone are. It comes down to your employer if they allow them or not.

• Hi Alejandro- Shokz here! According to the Osha.gov website, "there is no specific OSHA regulation that prohibits the use of headphones on a construction site." These are open-ear headphones, allowing you to still hear your surroundings. We kindly ask that you reach out to your employer directly to learn of their headphone policy.
