“Can I download and save music on Shokz open ear premium headphones?”

• Hello - Shokz here! The OpenRun Pro does not work with MP3's, only Bluetooth technology. So it is not possible to download and save music on this model of Shokz. The OpenSwim works with MP3's and does not have Bluetooth capability. Please reach out to our Customer Happiness Team if you'd like further assistance :) Thanks!

• Not on the headset itself. It is a Bluetooth headset. You would have to pair it to a Bluetooth enabled phone or mp3 player of your choice.

• There is no onboard memory. They connect, but are not solo.

• No. They only work using a Bluetooth connection to an audio source device.
