Yes,I'm also a truck driver you don't have to take anything out of your ear when you have to talk to someone. You have more of a sense of awareness around you

These conduct sound directly to your head bone so your ears can still pickup background noise.

Cancel out no. Great for driving m. I use mine all the time rather than use my car speakerphone. People have no issues hearing me but you want to be able to her your surrounding noise.

They don’t cancel out noise. They allow you to hear what is going on around you. I use them to walk my dog so that I can here when cars or someone is approaching
