A:AnswerYou are not receiving "electric shocks" what you are getting are static build up. You can use a dryer sheet to wipe down the hose and / or tank that will remove the static. You can use a collection bag for dry debris, it will depend on the gallon size of your vacuum which you need. There is a filter replacement label on the back of your tank that lists the filters that will work with your unit. A:AnswerIt’s definitely NOT 7”. I’d guess it’s about 3 feet or so. It’s not super long, but there’s plenty of attachments. We use our to clean the guinea pig enclosure and it’s long enough to reach every area.
