Ensure you have downloaded all firmware updates on your kindle before you try to use the charger as this is required to activate the charging capability with the charging sleeve and dock.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure the charging prongs on the backside of the case are aligned with the base. If you slide it back & forth it should have a small "divot" where the tablet aligns with the base unit. Also, make sure you're putting it on the base with the power button on the right side, otherwise the charging prongs will be at the top instead of the bottom. Quirky design, I know.
