• Not sure, its not meant for that. It has a 3.5mm DIN cable, not sure if it will work on the iPhone as a microphone. You should check out the Shure MV88 which has a lightning plug to work on an iPhone.

• It would but you might need an adapter since it uses a 3.5mm jack

• No - it plugs into a camera with an external microphone jack. The i phone does not have that available and there is nowhere to mount it.
