Yes it will fit but the image will be cropped since it is a crop sensor camera

This lens will fit any EF mount canon body. The canon 80D will fit with EF mount lenses and EF-S mount lenses. However the 80D has an APS-C sensor and will crop in 1.6x. So even though it is a true 35mm lens it will crop in to be between 50-60mm.
