Does this work with Sony A7r IV? null

Yes it does work with any Sony full frame E mount camera, however you will have to use the APSC Sigma 56mm lens as a Super 35mm (APSC crop mode) for it to work properly. No other camera works better than the Sony A7R IV for crop mode!
