Do I need a SIM to use this card? Does it come with one? null

This card is for service only & does not include a SIM card. SIM card kits are available for purchase for under $10 You will also need a compatible phone. I suggest an unlocked phone instead of a carrier specific phone so your able to jump carriers at any time with zero issues.

No, it already comes with one but you need to buy a prepaid plan though.

You need to purchase a separate sim kit which includes the sim card, Best Buy sells it for like $1
