• No. I was unable to use this when I stayed on the Canadian side of Niagara Fall. Thankfully I spent most of my time on the US side during my stay.

• Simple mobile has added Canada and a couple other countries you can call using your plan but I am not sure about using it in Canada. However, you should be able to make calls v iui a wifi in Canada.
