“Why did you send the product with the warranty completed?”

• I bought my first one last November, and it came brand new with 1 year Apple warranty. I ordered another one this month, and it came dead and got stuck in dead battery + apple logo boot loop. So, I returned that one and reordered another one. It finally arrived today, and it is brand new with 1 year Apple warranty just like the one I bought last year.

• My guess is Simple Mobile bought them from Apple which started the warranty period. Then it gets sold to the customer.
