On the simple mobile website, or any retailer that carries simple mobile prepaid service cards.

If you have an existing simple mobile account you can purchase a plan within the simple mobile app. If you do not and are just getting started Best Buy has cards for plans. You grab the option you want, take it to checkout and after payment is processed a code is emailed to you with activation instructions.
