Saying customer service is whatever you said about it is putting it mildly their customer service is terrible I was hung up on four times at the six times I called and it took the sixth call for somebody to tell me that the hotspot is limited it doesn't say that anywhere but the hotspot is limited and they turned it off. I hate this company the last month I'm using it
