Sim is included with the purchasing. A prepaird card of data plans will be needed (15gb up to 100gb) . Can be hooked to a smart TV, but keep in mind that your quality picture on tv might be reduced if speeds of moxee are limited or has multiple devices connected. Hope this helps.
