“If purchasing online how is the barcode scanned to activate the device? Simple mobile says that mine was not scanned and so I am unable to use the device. Best Buy says that it has been activated. Anyone else have trouble?”

• No , I bought mine in the store and it works right! The only problem I have is that some times I have no service on the AT&T towers! I should have bought one that is compatible with ATT for better coverage!
