Is this a stand alone or do you have have WiFi null

You only need Wifi if you want to have cameras not for the alarm.

It is stand-alone , using wireless technology. However, you will need a WiFi connection for video. I have had this system at two different houses now and it is by far the best and most cost effective system ever made. Installation takes less than an hour for a small number of sensors. I recommend it highly.
