• The face plate just snaps on and off just using your fingers. No tools needed.

• Please go to YouTube their is a video about the Doorbell and they explain how to change it. I think it just snps off and on

• Just use your fingernail and run it along the edge of the faceplate. Be gentle and it should pop right up.
