“I purchased this frame thinking it was a black frame with a white matte, as shown on the website. However, the frame I received has a black frame/black matte. Is the matte color interchangeable? I feel like I'm missing something!”

There is an extra white matte border for the frame that you can swap out. It's included in the bottom of the box & can be easily overlooked.
