“Does this machine only work with the files downloaded from it's site, or could I use MP4 from my own collection? ie. can I laod MP4 on any USB stick to play on the machine?”

If you want to play music using the USB port on the karaoke machine, the music file format must be MP4. You are able to use your own USB Flash Drive, we recommend the Flash Drive be between (8GB - 32GB) of memory space. We suggest using a NEW USB Flash Drive as older or used Flash Drive may not work with your karaoke machine. We hope this information is helpful to you.
